Becky was a huge improvement over my only past realtor experience. I spoke with several realtors from multiple agencies to make sure I found the best agent available. Besides Becky's astounding career record and expertise it was the fact she showed up to an open house she was hosting at least 10 minutes prior to the start. I had been to other open houses where the realtor is showing up at start time or even after the start time which not only gives the realtor a bad image but also the house they are showing. If I had to do it all over again I would still chose Becky. In fact, once this pandemic is clearing up I will be purchasing a house and using Becky as my realtor again. Not only does she do above & beyond what most people would do for their client, but she actually cares, not about the commission, but about the people, not only the ones she’s representing, but the others as well. Everything went well with my listing. Becky and I agreed on the listing price right off the bat, she was spot on with me there. She got the pictures taken and even helped me the day of pictures to finish getting the house ready. She made sure to communicate with me often and that helped me to keep on track with everything I needed to do. Basically, she made sure she was getting her part done and she made sure I was getting my part done. As a first time seller, that was very helpful. At one point I thought about lowering my asking price, but she advised against it and explained why I shouldn't. She was right to tell me not to because we sold the house shortly after I asked her about it. Excellent knowledge and guidance is what I got from Baird & Warner via Becky Sweeney.
